SEO a Scam?

I frequent a lot of SEO and Web Marketing forums on a daily basis and all so often there is a discuss about the SEO business and ethics. After being involved in a figure of these debates, it has turn out to be really clear that the main problems are the facts that no two SEO companies are similar and there is no unified method. It's very hard to make statements about the manufacturing as a whole because it's debatable what precisely 'SEO' is. Mix in the information that most SEO companies keep their method and campaign strategies clandestine and we have a situation where every company is completely different with very different results.

Fact 1: There is no unified SEO style. SEO is in fact defined by wikipedia as a process of civilizing traffic from SERPs to a site. Of course, HOW they do that is the genuine query and causes the debates.
Fact 2: The efficiency of an SEO campaign depends on the site arrangement, site content, keywords, and methodology used, and how well-liked the site is. A site cannot just grade for any chance keyword. SEO is also not voodoo. It is reason, problem solving, and Web marketing varied together. If your site provides no value to users, it approximately certainly won't rank.

Fact 3: Some 'SEOs' do search engine optimization and some do search engine treatment. Of course, it is all marketed as SEO. Unethical optimization provides results at any cost and is always short term (usually ends in a banned domain name). Ethical optimization opens up the site to the search engines and provides extended term reimbursement.

Fact 4: Most SEO companies obtain paid whether or not your site gets any rankings. Unluckily, this is the case with the manufacturing. Most SEO companies put into practice A, B, and C and shift on to the next customer. Hopefully, the site ranks. If it doesn't, they forever have more clients.

Fact 5: Most SEO companies use both moral and immoral inbound linking strategies. To make the most of profits, it is very common for SEO companies to buy bulk links from India, links on spam/scraper web sites, or sell big directory obedience packages. It is also ordinary for SEO companies to put huge amounts of the agreement into inbound linking to make up for the deprived quality of the site optimization.

I don't believe it is fair to typify the industry as a whole without figuring out what is incorrect with it and how SEO companies can conquer it. So how precisely do we decide what is high-quality and bad about the manufacturing? I have now been concerned with the Web for over 10 years and, specially, with the SEO industry for approximately 4 years and I've seen the inner mechanism of major SEO companies and worked with customers who had been burned by their preceding SEO campaigns. Joint with numerous Web postings and forum debates talking about the same basic evils, I've compiled a list of the most widespread issues.

It's no clandestine that the vast majority of SEO companies take no blame for results. It is a fact that no SEO company can assurance results (and if they do, they are lying to you). It is also a fact that the client is captivating a risk by expenditure money with an SEO company that on the whole says 'We'll do what we can'. SEO companies simply assurance they'll do the work to 'optimize' the site, but with no full revelation of their methodology, what precisely is the client paying for? No other business sells a product with no guarantees and no exact list of work that will be finished. Of course, SEO work is on the whole the sales of in order and keeping the specifics of a method is important, but the mixture of secrecy and no blame for consequences really makes SEO campaigns risky. So, how can an SEO companionship reduce the risk for the customer and provide the best grade of service.
